
Sadoski's award-winning stage career began as an understudy to Mark Ruffalo, Mark Rosenthal and Mark Rosenthal in an Off-Broadway production Kenneth Lonergan's play This is Our Youth at Second Stage Theatre. This production marked the beginning of many for the New York-based theater group. He has appeared in numerous Off-broadway and Broadway productions. He has also been in many regional theater productions. In 2008, he performed the role as Greg in Neil LaBute's show reasons to be attractive for MCC Theatre alongside The Newsroom co-star Alison Pill. After a critically lauded the play's sold-out run off Broadway It was moved to Broadway in April of 2009, where it won three Tony Award nominations (Best Actor: Sadoski, Best Actress: Marin Ireland, Best Play) along with three Drama Desk Award nominations (Best Actor: Sadoski, Best Director: Terry Kinney and Best Play) Also, two Outer Critics Circle Award nominations (Best Actor: Sadoski, Best New Play),and three Drama League Award nominations (Best Play, Distinguished Performance Awards: Sadoski and Ireland). Sixteen Neil LaBute credits Sadoski for inciting the widely-praised shift in tone and the reason to be beautiful from the playwright's previous works saying: "His own thoughtfulness and kindness helped me not be reliant on any of the plays I've written before. My plays always conclude in a dark spot. Though I believed that gray was real He proved to me that there are many shades of life. He was the first Trip Wyeth character in Jon Robin Baitz's Other Desert Cities, for which he won an Obie Award (and a Lucille Lortel Award). The Outer Critics Circle named the play as the Best New Off-Broadway Performer in 2011. Sadoski was also seen on Broadway with Ben Stiller and Edie Falco.
