Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on December 30, 1986. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 thanks to the catchy electro-pop tunes "Starry Eyed" as well as Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has an unique soprano scream and a knack of writing songs with emotional inspiring lyrics.
